Reservations

We ask that all new clients provide as much information about your pet as possible before they arrive.  The more we know your pet's preferences and schedules the more at home we can make them feel and the safer we can keep them.  Such information as their pee, poop and eating schedules and any quirks or dislikes they may have will help us make your pet comfortable more quickly. 

To make your pet feel more at home while staying with us we ask that you bring with you the following items:

• Your pet's bed or a blanket or something that your pet will know is “their spot.”

• A tee shirt or something that smells like you. Make sure it is something that you won't mind if your pet gets dirtier.

• Your pet's food and some of their favorite treats

• Contact Information for you and your emergency call list (at least 2 people not traveling with you).

• Any medications your pet is on with instructions

• A travel kennel they are used to being in. I only use these in cases of emergency..

• We also require that all pets be fully vaccinated and currently on a flea prevention.  Because we are taking in pets who are traveling, this is really the only way to ensure that your pet is protected from communicable diseases.
